You can build a website and insert images, tables, graphics, formatted text and hyperlinks. Create a website using FrontPage Express.  This website builder works great for basic or personal websites. The file you download will look exactly like this . It is called a zip or compressed folder and it is titled frontpage express.

Right click on the zipped folder titled frontpage express and click Extract All

The  unzipped or extracted folder will look like this. The title will still be frontpage express. Double click to open this folder

Find the icon that looks like this and double click to open. Follow the command prompts and easily create a webpage.
